US Organic's certified organic tamanu oil is obtained by cold pressing the blonde nut kernel of the calo phyllum inophyllum tree, then filtered leaving a viscous green liquid. This tamanu oil is an unrefined, all, natural product, some variations in color can be expected. It is 100% pure, cold-pressed, no additives, unfiltered, unrefined, and undiluted with no fillers. It is used topically and/or as a skincare ingredient as in many cosmetic formulations. It is suitable for use on a broad range of topical conditions. Tamanu oil is the most potent natural oil known to be effective for a wide range of skin issues. The oil is as effective if diluted by 50 percent with either coconut oil or another suitable topical oil.
