What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact us at cs.center0604@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

What items cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

How long does shipping take?

For USA orders, approximate shipping time is 3 to 8 business days. For the rest of the world, it is 3 to 12 business days. These times do not include weekends or public holidays.

What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Processing time is the 3-5 business days it takes for an order to be checked, packed, and sent to the post office. Shipping time is the duration your package is in transit after processing. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed.
